Charles P Homrig

It is a sad comment on someone’s life when the most informative item found about them is their obituary.

C P Homrig was missing from many city directory listings where he possibly was living. This does not necessarily mean he wasn’t there or was omitted accidently year after year, it just means he was probably living outside the city limits and didn’t rate inclusion in the year’s city directory.

There were only a few city directories available and he was not found in a census for any year although some page by page searches were made.

And the search for the McCutcheon credited in the imprint was inconclusive.
