It appears that James Walker operated his photograph gallery, possibly at the same address, from 1887 to 1926. His son Ariel continued at his own location for many years.

Out of the dozens of newspaper items found, there is never a mention of an address or a change of address for James Walker’s photograph studio.

Some of the newspaper items reflect the difficulty in accepting the word “Take” in association with making photographs.
