April of 1890.

This gives the maiden name of our
Mrs. S. B. Hale.
After finally finding Sinah B. (Allison) Hale, a rough timeline of
her life could be assembled.

So it appears Sinah B. Hale was a photographer in Great Bend, KS,
for only a couple years, 1886 through 1888. The cabinet card here
would have to have been done then.
