Really not very much was found to assemble a timeline for Harry Fisk Brown. Here is a rather sketchy recap:
1892 – 1897 gallery in Gothenburg, NE
1898 – 1902 possibly had a gallery in both Central City and Genoa, NE, at the same time
1907 – 1910 Genoa, NE - possibly had a gallery
1916 Butte, MT - possibly had a gallery
These dates are very hazy. Some personal items are included to show location.
There was also a Harry S Brown photographer, in Nebraska.
The Studio called Star Gallery was advertised from about February 1890 to February of 1891 operated by Will Taylor and then after December 1890 by J H Woods.
The Gallery at 418 Court Street in Beatrice was operated by H J Riggert in 1904 and by L E Curtis in 1907, according to the only city directories of the era.
