1222 O Street is a Loan Office until about February of 1891.

Newspaper ads for Eclipse Studio at 1222 O Street begin Mar 26 1891 and continue until mid-December, 1891. By January of 1892 it is a doctor’s office and Eclipse Studio is at 1216 O Street. W H Clinkenbeard and Wife were the actual proprietors.

So this card was made during those 10 months when Eclipse Studio was at 1222 O Street.
