Wilhelmina dies in St. Louis, MO at the age of 85
August Rino kept his studio at 801 Franklin between 1867 and 1886. He
did not finish this card however, as it is dated 1897 and
he died in 1886. His wife Wilhelmina kept the studio going
until about 1910 and then placed it in charge of George J. Meier who
eventually bought her out.
The dark green card was probably finished much later. The color and
style and lettering of the card indicate a much later production.
Also, the studio did not move to 1047-1051 Grand until 1901.
