The cabinet card shown at the top lists an additional city, Middletown, CT. The date can only be speculated at this point as no documents have been found placing Miller in that city. The style of the card would place it early in Miller’s professional career, about 1880 to 1885.

This is probably the same Miller. Northampton, MA, is only about fifty miles from Middletown, CN.
