The town of Eureka, KS, was too small in those days to have a city directory. The location of the gallery in Eureka is not known beyond the newspaper’s general directions such as “Opposite the Court House”.
As a consequence, this cabinet card can only be dated as finished in his professional lifetime, between about 1870 and 1920.
